Do my clients need an account or an app?
No. Clients open your link, pick a service and a time, and enter their name and email. That’s it — on any phone or computer.
Can two clients book the same time?
Never. Each slot is checked at the moment of booking, across every staff member, room and chair, so double bookings can’t happen.
What about clients in other time zones?
Times are shown in the client’s own time zone automatically, and in yours on your dashboard. Great for online sessions and travellers.
Can clients cancel or reschedule?
Yes. Every confirmation email includes a link to change or cancel, and you decide how close to the appointment changes are allowed.
Do I need a credit card to try it?
No. You get 14 days free with everything unlocked. Add a card only if you decide to stay.
Do I need my own website?
